Why I work as leadership communication coach
I’ve spent years in front of cameras and crowds – hosting a travel show in China, presenting on national television, moderating high-stakes events, and working as a communications consultant with the United Nations. But the work that matters most to me now is helping senior leaders find the confidence that matches their capability. Because I know firsthand that being good at what you do doesn’t automatically mean you feel confident doing it. I combine broadcast-level communication expertise with a deep understanding of what holds high achievers in global organisations back. And I’m obsessed with helping non-native English speaking leaders close that gap – so their presence finally reflects their position.
